Madison Diaz

Madison Diaz currently serves as the Information Technology Coordinator at South Bay Construction, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Madison worked as an IT Support Specialist at Hoge Fenton from April 2022 to March 2023 and began as an IT Support Trainee at JobTrain from January 2022 to April 2022, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 technical support issues, along with software installation and maintenance using Windows Powershell and Linux Ubuntu. Earlier professional experiences include bartending at Backwoods Burgers and serving at Almond Tree Restaurant & Lounge, where Madison demonstrated effective customer service and sales skills.
