Alex J. Cabalu

Alex J. Cabalu serves as the Special Projects Development Coordinator at South Bay Workforce Investment Board, specializing in the enrollment and management of pre-apprentices along with reporting to state regulatory bodies. With a long-standing career in the creative arts, Alex has been the Lead Artist at Appojax Design since 2015 and has extensive teaching experience, including 15 years of English Language Learner instruction and 10 years in art education at Southwestern Academy. Additionally, Alex has held various roles in coaching, supervision, and management across diverse settings, including a successful stint as a high school basketball coach and as an Assistant General Manager at Jamba. Alex's earlier experiences include roles in inventory management, correspondence, and catering. Alex holds a B.A. in Art Theory and Practice from Northwestern University.
