Rachael Fox-Jackson

Rachael Fox-Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and facilities management. Currently serving as Customer Contact Manager at South Cambridgeshire District Council since September 2012, Rachael has developed strong skills in managing customer interactions and improving service delivery. Prior to this, Rachael worked as Facilities Manager at Mills & Reeve from 1989 to October 2003, where expertise in facility operations was honed. Rachael's educational background includes attendance at Soham Village College.
