Dalina Tobar-Rottman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Partner at Wayfair since 2024, Dalina previously held the position of Plant Human Resources Manager at Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC, supporting the Shoreline Vinyl Systems and South Camden Iron Works brands. With roles as a Contract Talent Advisor at Beam Suntory and HelloFresh, as well as a Talent Management & Acquisition professional at Empower, Dalina has honed a diverse skill set in the HR field. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Director at Cinmar LLC, where Dalina contributed to the operations of Frontgate and Grandin Road.
