Sondra Thomas

Sondra Thomas is an experienced professional in the field of education and community development, currently serving as a Global Career Development Facilitator at Aiken County Public School District since September 2012 and as a Community Educator at Helping Hands Inc. since January 2012. In the role at Helping Hands Inc., Sondra coordinates the Community Education Program, focusing on assessing community needs and implementing educational curricula to empower youth in making healthy decisions. Previously, Sondra worked as a Health Educator at Aiken Youth Empowerment, coordinating various programs aimed at educating youth and parents, and held positions at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice as an Intake Supervisor and Human Service Coordinator I. Sondra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from South Carolina State University and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Midlands Technical College.
