Mark Casey

Mark Casey is an experienced construction manager with a background in civil engineering, specializing in transportation and highway engineering. Since May 2016, Mark has served as Resident Construction Manager for HDR at the South Carolina Ports Authority, specifically on the Hugh K. Leatherman, Sr project. Previously, Mark held a similar position with WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff for the same project. From July 2000 to May 2016, Mark worked as Resident Construction Engineer at Davis & Floyd, Inc., where responsibilities included managing construction, engineering, and inspection for major highway projects. Mark holds a degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
