Dave Sansom

Dave Sansom has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Dave started their career as a Sales Associate at Carolina One Real Estate Services in 2000. After 8 years in sales, they became the Broker in Charge (BIC) in July 2008, where they successfully improved office performance and brought it to the second position out of over 400 offices in the Charleston MLS. In April 2014, Dave took on the role of Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Carolina One Real Estate Services.

In addition to their work at Carolina One, Dave Sansom also held various leadership positions in real estate organizations. Dave was the President, President-Elect, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors from 2014 to 2017. From 2010 to 2013, they served as President, President-Elect, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Board of Directors at the Charleston Regional Multiple Listing Service. Dave Sansom also held positions at South Carolina REALTORS® as a Regional Vice President from 2020 and as a Director on the State Board of Directors from 2012 to 2019.

Before entering the real estate industry, Dave Sansom worked as a Buyer for Boys 8-20 at Kaufmanns Dept Store from 1996 to 2000.

Dave Sansom attended Grove City College from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
