Kathryn Higgins

Kathryn Higgins has over three decades of experience in air quality management, with a background in public affairs and transportation. Kathryn currently holds the position of Assistant Deputy Executive Officer of Community Air Programs at South Coast Air Quality Management District. Kathryn also has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Ecology from UC Irvine and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
