Toni Welch

Toni Welch is an experienced professional in the behavioral health field, currently serving as a Case Manager at South Coast Behavioral Health since December 2023, after initially working as a Registered Drug & Alcohol Technician from September 2022. In addition, Toni is a Co-Founder of Luv In Motion, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering recovering addicts through mentorship and various volunteer projects. Toni is pursuing a degree in Case Management, Alcohol and Drug Studies/Mental Health at Saddleback College, with ongoing education at Cisco College.
