Phillip Parra

Phillip Parra currently works as a Water Conservation Recycle Water Technician and Waste Water Collections Operator at South Coast Water District. Prior to this, Phillip was employed at IRWD as a Water Conservation. Phillip is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Water Utility Science at Santiago Canyon College. Phillip also has experience as a Customer Service Representative and Outdoor Customer Service Field Rep.
