Jackie Hendry

Jackie Hendry is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and journalism. Since May 2017, Jackie has served as the Host and Producer of South Dakota Focus and as the Education and Healthcare Reporter for South Dakota Public Broadcasting. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at The University of South Dakota's Department of Media & Journalism, a Daily Producer and News Anchor for Coyote News, and various positions in media production ranging from directing to live reporting. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Media & Journalism and Native Studies from the University of South Dakota.
