Gary Walsh

Gary Walsh is a Senior Engineer at South Dublin County Council since November 2021, overseeing Road Maintenance, Public Lighting, Village and District Centre Enhancement, and Winter Maintenance. Previously, Walsh served as an Executive Engineer in the Traffic department of Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council from August 2017 to July 2021, coordinating design and construction for the Stillorgan Village Improvement Scheme. Additionally, Walsh held the position of Assistant Engineer at South Dublin County Council from October 2007 to August 2017, developing a framework for road maintenance works. As a Road Safety Officer from October 2011 to September 2012, Walsh was responsible for managing school wardens and promoting road safety initiatives.
