Jonathan Crook

Jonathan Crook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and performance management within the water utility sector. Currently serving as the Group Manager of Analytics and Performance at South East Water since June 2015, Jonathan leads the analytics team to drive the successful implementation of digital metering technologies. Previously, as the Lead Data Scientist, Jonathan played a pivotal role in evaluating digital meters' value and developing business cases for their deployment. Jonathan's experience also includes serving as the Deputy Program Manager for Data & Analytics at Intelligent Water Networks, focusing on data management and analytical skills development for the water industry. Earlier career roles include Technical Officer and Technologist at MilkTestNZ and SAITL, respectively, with a strong foundation in applied mathematics, highlighted by a PhD and a BSc (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington.
