Neli Pathiraja

Neli Pathiraja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management within the water and environmental sectors. Currently serving at South East Water since September 2021 in Water Recycling and Treatment Plant Operations, Neli has previously held key roles such as Planning and Optimising Engineer at Melbourne Safety Glass from October 2013 to August 2021, Environmental Engineer at Antler Group of Companies between August 2012 and September 2013, and Chemical Engineer (Projects) at Watercare Engineering Pty Ltd from October 2010 to July 2012. Neli's career began as an Engineering Trainee at Dipped Products PLC in 2008. Neli holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering (Honours) in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, as well as a qualification in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
