Jennifer Cass

Jennifer Cass is an experienced professional in the water quality and environmental science sectors, currently serving as Process Science Lead in the Operations Improvement Team at South East Water UK since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Process Scientist within South East Water's Water Quality Department from August 2012 to November 2023, focusing on water treatment monitoring at various sites. Jennifer's earlier experience includes managing water efficiency audit projects at MOUCHEL plc. from December 2007 to July 2012, conducting environmental impact assessments during a secondment at EnterpriseMouchel Ltd, and engaging in field projects with Ewan Group PLC and the Environment Agency. Jennifer holds a 2:2 Hons degree in Conservation & Recreation Management from the University of Hertfordshire, completed in 1999.
