Miika Mandell

Miika Mandell is a professional with extensive experience in various industries, including security, defense, and port management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Operations at South Finland Port Service Ltd., Mandell previously held roles such as Resource Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Terminal Manager at Port of Helsinki Ltd. Mandell also has experience as a Security Officer at G4S and served in the Finnish Defence Forces as a Second Lieutenant and Instructor. With a background in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mandell is currently pursuing a Master's degree at LUT University with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Circular Economy.
