Jim Zacharias, MBA, FACHE, FACMPE, serves as the Vice President of Network Development at South Georgia Medical Center since July 2020, overseeing the South Georgia Health System Physician Enterprise's services and collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer to define the organization's mission. Previously, Jim held the position of Executive Director for MyHealth Network at Columbus Regional Healthcare from May 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included developing business strategies and enhancing Small Business Assistance Services. Earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Administrative Director for Physician Groups at St. Francis Hospital, CEO at Columbus Clinic, Practice Administrator at CardioVascular Group, and Senior Business Manager at the University of Virginia. Jim holds an MBA from both James Madison University and Georgia State University, and a Bachelor's in Finance from Auburn University.
