Anthea Thompson is an experienced educator and coach with a focus on choreography and developmental instruction. Currently serving as a Paraprofessional and Color Guard Instructor at South Hunterdon Regional High School District since July 2018, Anthea also holds the role of Color Guard Director at Hopewell Valley Regional School District, where responsibilities include coaching and choreographing performances for high school marching bands. Anthea has a strong background in early childhood education, having worked in various teaching roles at Early Learning Academies, including Lead School Age Teacher and Lead Pre-K Teacher, while also fulfilling administrative duties as Director Designee. Anthea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rider University, supplemented by tutoring experience in sociology and psychology courses, demonstrating a commitment to academic success and child development.
