Miranda Hixon

Miranda Hixon, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of diverse experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist - Total Rewards at South Jersey Industries since March 2021, Miranda previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Oatey Company from July 2016 to September 2020, where initiatives to streamline HR efficiencies were implemented. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at U.S. Cotton, LLC, from July 2011 to July 2016, providing support in employee relations and managerial counseling, and as a Recruiting Manager at Bridgeway Search Group from September 2010 to March 2011. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo, graduated in 2010.
