Stephanie Milelli

Stephanie Milelli is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Attraction at South Jersey Industries since December 2020, Stephanie leads a team of recruiters to support diverse hiring needs across the organization, in addition to developing strategic recruitment plans and managing large-scale projects. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent over eight years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting for senior-level legal positions, driving diversity initiatives, and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance recruitment strategies. Earlier career experience includes a position as Lead Medical Data Abstraction Specialist at Continuum Health Alliance. Stephanie holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University.
