Erica Way

Erica Way is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in education, notary services, fundraising, health programs, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at South Kitsap School District since February 2023, Erica implements curriculum-based lesson plans and fosters positive learning environments. As a Signing Agent for Mobile Notary since 2020, Erica ensures the authenticity and timely completion of legal documents. Previous roles include Fundraising Volunteer at YMCA, Health and Advisory Committee member for the Policy Council - ECAP and Early Head Start Program, Brand Partner at Nerium International, and Administrative Assistant at Franciscan Health System. Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Arts and Science Degree from Olympic College.
