Colin Gould

Colin Gould has served as a Councillor with South Norfolk Council since May 1999, holding various leadership roles including Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Council. Appointed to multiple committees such as Planning, Scrutiny, Licensing & Appeals, and the Broads Authority, Colin has played a significant role in local governance and planning efforts. Additionally, Colin was a Police Officer with Norfolk Constabulary from August 1962 to January 2005, engaged in general duties on the streets and as a patrol officer. Colin's educational background includes studies in Pure & Applied Mathematics and Thermodynamics at Portsmouth City College and earlier qualifications at Portsmouth Technical School.
