Steve Williams CEng MIET is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in various roles. Steve most recently worked at South Norfolk Council as the Senior Waste Operations Manager and Head of Establishment, overseeing aspects such as delivery plan development, fleet management, procurement, health and safety, and facilities management. Prior to this, they were with the Royal Air Force (RAF) for many years, where they served in roles such as Tornado Fleet Manager, Business Support Senior Quality and Paint Contract Manager, and XIII Squadron Rectification Controller. Steve is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council and a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and a strong knowledge of aircraft operations and maintenance.

Steve Williams CEng MIET has a solid education history. Steve attended the University of Lincoln from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued further education at the University of Portsmouth, obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
