Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith is an experienced abstractor currently working at South Oak Title since September 2022 and at Reli Settlement Solutions, LLC since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an abstractor at Common Bond Title, LLC from October 2015 to March 2020 and as an independent real estate title abstractor from 1999 to October 2015, focusing on the examination of public records for title insurance. In addition to their title work, Michelle is an accomplished author with a freelance writing career that began in July 2013, known for the young adult fantasy series "The Genie Chronicles: Heir to the Lamp & Solomon's Bell" published by World Weaver Press. Education was obtained at Jacksonville State University.
