Luke Jean

Luke Jean has extensive experience in both military and craft distilling sectors. Currently serving in the United States Army Reserve as an ROTC Adjunct Professor, Company Commander, and Public Affairs Officer, Luke supervises media outreach initiatives and teams. As the Owner and Distiller at Balance Distilling Company and Craft Distilling Instructor at South Puget Sound Community College, Luke specializes in botanical recipe development and mentoring future craft beverage makers. Previous roles include Public Affairs Officer for U.S. Army Central, Territory Sales Representative and Process Manager at Heritage Distilling Co., and various leadership positions within the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. Academically, Luke holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Sport Branding from Western Kentucky University, as well as an Associate degree in Craft Distilling.
