Kathryn Crompton

Kathryn Crompton has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991 as an Administrative Assistant and Music Teacher at Calvary Baptist Church and School. In this role, they managed accounting, secretarial duties, and organized school music programs. From 1998 to 2005, Kathryn worked as a Kindergarten and Music Teacher at First Baptist Christian School. In 2005, they joined South Shore YMCA as the Director of Child Care Business Operations. There, they were responsible for overseeing the business operations of regional Early Childhood and After School Care License Programs, collaborating with state authorities, and implementing childcare programs using SGA Software.

Kathryn Crompton earned an Associate of Arts degree in Voice from Brevard College from 1978 to 1980. Kathryn then attended Trinity International University-Florida from 1980 to 1982, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Music and Bible.
