Vicki Shaw

Vicki Shaw is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR Business Partnering at South Staffordshire Plc since November 2024. Prior to this role, Vicki held various HR positions at Wessex Water, including Head of People for Retail & Commercial and HR Business Partner, from April 2020 to November 2024. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a Law degree from Cardiff University.
