Joel Pena Jr.

Joel Pena Jr. is the System Director of Volunteer Services/Pastoral Care at South Texas Health System. Prior to this, Joel served as the Director of Community Affairs at Pharr Chamber of Commerce. Joel holds a Certificate of Healthcare Administration and Leadership in Business Administration from The University of Texas-Pan American, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
