Lissa Frausto

Lissa Frausto has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at South Texas ISD since April 2020. Prior to this role, Lissa held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Texas Southmost College from April 2014 to April 2020 and worked as an HR Specialist at Brownsville ISD from March 2005 to March 2014. Lissa began a career in human resources as an Employment Coordinator at Valley Baptist Health System, where employment was maintained from July 2001 to March 2005. Lissa holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing from The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College.
