Joel Wakefield

Joel is our lead Engineer and his journey with South Valley Internet began over 6 years ago. He has worked long hours educating himself and building his skills into this position. Joel’s in-depth knowledge of SVI’s network make him a ‘top gun’ asset to the team.

His problem solving skills resolving technical issues with different components of our system, such as software, hardware, wireless, DSL and network-related problems come in handy when challanges occur. He regularly assists in maintaining and upgrading our Network. Joel frequently works round-the-clock to provide quality customer service to our customers.
