Yi-Fen Kuan

Yi-Fen Kuan has been working as an AVID teacher at South Washington County Schools since June 2021. Prior to this, Yi-Fen was a Chinese teacher at Woodbury High School starting in August 2011. Yi-Fen also taught Chinese at Liberty Ridge Elementary School from August 2009 to June 2011. In addition, Yi-Fen served as a Volunteer Coordinator at Harriet Tubman Community Organization from January 1997 to March 2000. Yi-Fen holds a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese as a second language from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Student Affairs from the University of Iowa College of Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Fu Jen Catholic University.
