Flora Deshmukh

Flora Deshmukh is a dedicated communications professional with extensive experience in health and social care. Currently serving as the Content, Campaigns and Engagement Manager at South West London Integrated Care System since January 2023, Flora is focused on creating impactful behavior-change campaigns addressing health inequalities and operational pressures within the NHS. Previously, Flora held key roles at Healthwatch England, including Digital Communications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading digital strategies and managing significant marketing campaigns, as well as serving as Campaigns Officer, where the development of award-winning campaigns was a highlight. Earlier experience includes the position of Communications Officer at Healthwatch Central West London, where the establishment of new digital channels and communication strategies were key contributions. Flora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Royal Holloway, University of London.
