Les M. has over 40 years of experience in the water industry, demonstrating a progressive career at South West Water from 1989 to the present, culminating in the role of Head of Contracts, Commercial and Estates. Prior to this, Les M. held various managerial positions including Contract & Commercial Manager and Infrastructure Delivery Manager. Les M. began the career at Severn Trent Water, advancing from Technician Engineer to Senior Technician Engineer over an 11-year span. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Exeter and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of East London.
