Justin Randall

Justin Randall is an experienced operational supply leader with a strong background in logistics and category management. Since July 2015, Justin has held the position of Senior Manager - Supply Operations Australia at South32, overseeing the Worsley Alumina and GEMCO operations. Key responsibilities include safety and cultural leadership, inventory planning, category management, and logistics. Prior roles at South32 also include Supply Manager and Sourcing Lead for Worsley Alumina, where Justin focused on operational efficiencies and sourcing leadership. Before joining South32, Justin served at BHP Billiton as Superintendent - Category Management, leading a team to optimize strategic sourcing for the Worsley asset. Additional experience includes management positions at Cootes Transport Group and Gaffney Logistics. Justin holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate of Business from Curtin University.
