Xolisile Mdaki is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Legal Counsel for Africa at South32, Xolisile has previously held positions as Legal Counsel at Zijin Mining Group and Group Legal and Compliance Manager at Hans Merensky Holdings. Xolisile began their legal career at ENSafrica as an Associate Lawyer and Candidate Attorney. Xolisile holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Johannesburg.
