Katy Dent FCIPD is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership with a robust background in various sectors, including housing, arts, and charities. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Southbank Centre since May 2024, Katy previously held the position of Human Resources Director at One Housing from December 2017 to March 2024, overseeing HR functions for 1500 staff during a period of significant growth and transformation.
