Anjali Mulchandani-West

Anjali Mulchandani-West is a CPA and MBA with extensive work experience in compliance and ethics. Anjali currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Southcoast Health, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Compliance Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health from September 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they led the compliance and ethics program for one of the largest Catholic healthcare systems in the US, as well as the largest private provider in Ireland. Anjali also integrated compliance and ethics programs for two equally large health systems due to a merger. Before their tenure at Bon Secours Mercy Health, they held the position of Director, Corporate Responsibility at Bon Secours Health System from March 2015 to September 2018. In this role, they oversaw system-wide project management of compliance initiatives and played an instrumental role in the organization's achievement of the BSHSI Ethisphere application for World's Most Ethical Companies award. Prior to their work at Bon Secours, Anjali served as the Executive Director of Organizational Integrity and Internal Audit; Chief Privacy Officer at Adventist HealthCare from May 2012 to March 2015. Anjali provided leadership in the development and implementation of the company's compliance and internal audit functions. Anjali also worked as the Vice-President, Compliance Officer at MAXIMUS from January 2008 to April 2012, where they instilled a corporate culture of compliance and implemented a world-wide anti-corruption and ethics program. Anjali began their career as a Federal Administrative Judge at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from December 2003 to December 2007. Anjali also held the position of Program Manager at SAIC from August 2000 to December 2003 and served as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 1996 to December 1999.

Anjali Mulchandani-West, CPA, MBA completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1988. Anjali also obtained an Executive MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between 1998 and 2000. Anjali is additionally certified as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Maryland.
