Jim Aspdin

Jim Aspdin has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as the Director of Housing & Assets at Southdown since June 2018. Prior to this role, Jim Aspdin held various positions at Southdown Housing Association from March 2011 to July 2024, including Head of Housing and Housing Division Manager. Jim Aspdin earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Social Science from Northumbria University between 1992 and 1995.
