Deborah Hotop, BSN, RN, CNOR, currently serves as the Clinical Educator for Surgical Services at St Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, since March 2024, and has been a Perioperative Educator at Southeast Hospital since February 2021.
