Scott Sowards

Scott Sowards is an experienced Utility Project Manager at Southeastern Surveying & Mapping, where employment began in March 2004. Prior to this role, Scott served as the State Operations Manager for Utilities at Utiliquest from 1998 to 2004. Earlier in Scott's career, management experience was gained at Byers Engineering Company from 1988 to 1998. Scott completed education from 1982 to 1986.
