Tony Maldonado

Tony Maldonado has extensive experience in technology management and customer service within the airline industry, currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Southern Airways Express since November 2016. In this role, Tony oversees the maintenance of the TTI Zenith PSS and Airline Choice DCS systems and develops web applications for passenger notifications. Previously, Tony has held various positions at Southern Airways, including Call Center Agent and Reservation System & Technology Manager. Additional experience includes writing and web design for Valley Voice, where Tony contributed to a biweekly newspaper recognized for online excellence, and roles at SeaPort Airlines and Great Lakes Airlines, focusing on customer service and operational support. Tony's early career includes editorial leadership at The Campus Student Newspaper during studies at the College of the Sequoias, from which Tony graduated in 2014.
