Kisha Windless

Kisha Windless currently serves as the IT Systems Analyst Manager at Southern Avenue Charter Elementary School of Academic Excellence and Creative Arts since June 2022, following over a decade as an IT Systems Analyst at Southern Avenue Charter School. Responsibilities include maintaining and implementing IT/IS systems, managing inventory and asset tracking, conducting hardware replacements and repairs, networking, virus removal, and software management. Additional experience includes help desk support at Christian Brothers University and an internship in Client Services at ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, with a strong technical foundation in systems troubleshooting, equipment setup, and remote assistance. Kisha holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a B.S.B.A. in Information Technology Management from Christian Brothers University.
