Tricia Linderman

Tricia Linderman has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tricia currently holds the position of Vice President of People at Southern Botanical since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Linsoe Consulting until September 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Tricia served as an Executive Vice President at Klyde Warren Park, where they successfully managed a $20 million enhancement project, collaborated with various stakeholders, and led a public-private initiative for park expansion. Before joining Klyde Warren Park, Tricia held the role of Executive Vice President at Texas Capital Bank, where they oversaw talent acquisition, onboarding, marketing, and special projects from 2003 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing & Communications Consultant from 1999 to 2003 and as a Marketing & Communications professional at EDS from 1992 to 1999.

Tricia Linderman began their education at Richardson High School in 1983 and completed their high school education there in 1987. Following that, they attended the University of Arizona from 1987 to 1989, though the degree and field of study are unspecified. In 1989, they enrolled at Southern Methodist University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations in 1991. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, Tricia attended Tulane University Law School, where they obtained a Master of Labor & Employment Law.
