Amy Payne Steen, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and human resources. Currently a Graduate Student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Amy has served as Benefits Manager at Southern Champion Tray since August 2009, overseeing a comprehensive benefits program for over 680 employees in a self-insured manufacturing environment. Previous roles include Corporate HR (semi-retired), Corporate Benefits/HR Coordinator, Executive Assistant/Corporate Benefits Admin, and positions at Contact of Chattanooga and Family Resource Agency North Georgia Head Start. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of South Florida and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
