Jazzmene May, MBA, currently serves as an Associate People Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at Southern Champion Tray, where key initiatives include the implementation of the PerformYard Performance Management System and leading 2022 hiring initiatives through various outreach efforts. Previously, Jazzmene worked at Culture Index as an Account Manager and Human Resources Coordinator, notable for creating the first official employee handbook and establishing remote work policies. Earlier experience includes a Customer Service Representative role at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, focusing on regional account management and training. Jazzmene holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas Woman's University, as well as an Associate’s Degree from Cedar Valley College.
