Sharena James

Sharena James has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Analyst at Southern Company since January 2015. Prior to this role, Sharena worked as a Senior Applications Analyst at DST Health Solutions, where responsibilities included executing advanced troubleshooting procedures and leading the recreation process for issues. Sharena's career began at Xerox, where a variety of roles were held from May 2000 to November 2013, including Lead SW Applications Engineer and Lead Software Test Engineer, focusing on problem investigation, software delivery, and system diagnostics. Earlier in the career, during a brief internship at Xerox in 1999, Sharena developed web and database solutions. Sharena holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Talladega College, obtained in 2000.
