Kaye Coates

Kaye Coates currently serves as the Head of Governance and Clinical Services at Southern Cross Care Queensland since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Bolton Clarke from July 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed serving as Residential Care Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Acting General Manager for 25 Residential Care Facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Kaye worked at Sundale Ltd from May 2009 to July 2018 as a Nurse Practitioner and Manager of Suncoast Community Care, overseeing community care for approximately 300 elders. Kaye began a nursing career at QLD Health from April 2004 to May 2009 as a Registered Nurse, and prior to that held positions at Goulburn Valley Health, culminating in the role of Post Acute Care Coordinator. Kaye holds a Master’s in Nurse Practitioner Studies from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from LaTrobe University.
