Michael Wild

Michael Wild is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aged care sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Southern Cross Care Queensland since October 2020. In this role, Michael oversees the operational leadership and performance of numerous residential aged care homes, retirement villages, and home care clients throughout Queensland, with a focus on service integration, compliance, and customer experience. Prior to this position, Michael held similar roles at CraigCare and Royal Freemasons LTD, where responsibilities included enhancing business performance and executing strategic transformations. Michael's background also encompasses financial leadership roles at Cabrini HEALTH and Regis Aged Care, where significant growth and financial stewardship were achieved.
