Paul Brown

Manager, Customer Service at Southern Cross University

Paul Brown has extensive experience in customer service and technical support within the education and broadcasting sectors. Currently, as Manager of Customer Service at Southern Cross University since April 2019, Paul coordinates business service delivery and oversees desktop support and service desk teams. Previously at Griffith University, Paul held various roles, including Team Leader for Learning@Griffith, where responsibilities included project and operational task management related to learning services, and Project Manager for the migration of the Lecture Capture system. Prior to that, Paul worked for the Queensland Government and held several positions at the BBC, including IT Project Engineer and PC Support Consultant, providing technical support and consultancy for network and broadcasting projects. Educational qualifications include an HNC in Electronics from Kingston College.
