Steve Phillips

Steve Phillips is currently the Regional Group Leader for Southern Elevator in Charlotte, NC and Columbia & Myrtle Beach, SC. Prior to this, they were the Field Manager for The Auto Club Group from May 2017 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for contracted facilities to maintain prompt, efficient and courteous service to AAA members on a 24-hour/365 day basis. Steve also oversaw the day-to-day operation of all assigned emergency road service facilities to meet or exceed all quality performance standards in a cost effective manner.

Steve has a long history of dedication to customer service. Steve is passionate about ensuring that all customers receive the best possible service and experience. Steve is constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, training and service delivery while reducing costs. Steve is an excellent communicator and manager, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.

Steve Phillips has a general studies degree from Nottingham High School. Steve also has a certification in carpentry from the same school. In addition, they have a certification in fire fighting essentials from the State of New York and is currently a firefighter in the 1001 Firefighter field. Steve has also completed a course in emergency medical technician from the North Carolina Div of Emergency Management and is certified in CPR and BLS Instructor from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
